How to make a purchase on your site?

It is very simple to do. Our website is very intuitive, just follow the steps, fill in your delivery details and billing and make the payment.

If you want you can also make the request via phone at the time described in contacts.

On the same day or the next day the article will be sent via mail to the address of receipt or delivered at the request of the client in the office of the company.

In new items the shipping may take between 3 to 5 working days after payment.

 

I can return the piece if not satisfied?

Yes, there is a possibility to return the piece within 14 days of the date of receipt of the same.

For this to happen you must contact us via phone or e-mail, attach the purchase invoice and indicate whether you want to be refunded or exchange for another piece.

The parts will have to be such and which were sent, without any signs of use and shipping shall be effected in original packaging.

In the case of the return due to a mistake or cancellation of the customer, the shipping costs previously paid by the company as well as the shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the same.

In personalized goods, as provided for by the law is not possible the return, cancellation or refund of the same.

The recording of the articles has an additional cost of 5€ to the value of the same.

 

And if you like a ring but the size is not mine?

Don't worry we put it to its extent. Just send us an email or call and tell us what the change that you want. The cost always depends on what is required by the client. Just ask for information through existing contacts that we clarify.

 

Have a physical store?

The company has its own space, but this is not used for the sale of goods, being the purchase of the same exclusively made through the website or by phone.
