The Contrast Gold is a brand linked to the company (F. M Ladies) and is dedicated to the sale online and by phone for articles of silver, gold and steel new and second-hand.
The company has its own space, but this is not used for the sale of goods, being the purchase of the same exclusively made through the website or by phone.
The parts can, however, be delivered at the request of the client following its acquisition in the office of the company located in Pinhal Novo, municipality of Palmela.
The terms and conditions described below apply to visitors to and customers of the site contrastgold.

It is important that you read them before making any type of purchase.

To make any kind of purchase is necessary to register on site, registration will have to have the data of the client, including delivery address, without this your order will not be completed.

The Contrast Gold commits to be the most professional possible, describing in detail each piece made available on their site, keep track of detailed information, are always actual photos of the corresponding article.
However, we cannot take responsibility for any existing errors on the site.

The buyer can, in case of doubt about the authenticity of the brands, use, for verification purposes, the services of Contrastarias.
Prices:
All prices advertised are always the final value for the client, the only additional charge may be relative to the ports.
If the price of a certain article is incorrect, the ContrastGold reserves the right not to make the sale of the same.
The prices of the parts existing on the site may also be subject to change without notice.
Warranty:
The Contrast Gold offers 1 year warranty for used items, after you purchase a product from your online store.
Are not covered by the warranty, misuse, negligence or accident.
The warranty focuses on the content of the gold as well as on the stones, that the piece may have. In the case of the watches the warranty is also 1 year.
Excludes from warranty the watch case, bracelet, straps, crown, glass, coatings, damage caused by misuse, such as knocks and falls or damage as a result of the limitations of the water resistance described by the manufacturer.
Legislation and Jurisdiction:
In everything that is not explicit, this agreement will be governed by the provisions in the Portuguese law.
If the customer is outside of Mainland Portugal, the F. M. Damas informs that in the event of judicial proceedings, this shall be exclusively brought in the Portuguese Courts.
In the case of consumer disputes, the consumer can appeal to the European Platform for online Dispute Resolution, available at (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or under the terms and for the purposes of the provisions of art. 18 of Law no. 144/2015, September 8, please be advised that the ADR entity available is the Arbitration Centre for Consumer Disputes of Lisbon.
